Vår Energi ASA publishes Annual Report for 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 18 March 2024: The Board of Directors of Vår Energi ASA (OSE:

VAR) has approved the financial statements for 2023 and the Company has today

published the Annual Report for 2023. This is the first time Vår Energi releases

an integrated Annual Report combining financial and sustainability reporting in

one single report.

The report attached has also been made available on the Company's website

www.varenergi.no in PDF and ESEF format.

The report on Payments to governments is included in the report.

There are no material changes to the financial statements compared with the

preliminary and unaudited results for 2023 as reported by Vår Energi on 13

February 2024.
