Oslo, Norway, 18 March 2024

Zalaris ASA has on 18 March granted 63,044 restricted stock units (RSUs) to

corporate and regional management, as part of the Company’s annual bonus

program. The RSUs granted are in lieu of cash bonuses. The RSUs vest after 36

months and each RSU corresponds to one share.

The following primary insiders have been allocated RSUs as part of the grant:

- Richard Schiørn: EVP Solution & Delivery Global Managed Services:6,554
