NOD: Annual Report Published
The 2023 Annual Report for Nordic Semiconductor ASA, including the ESG Report and Remuneration Report, is enclosed.
The annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is also available as an attachment to this release.
The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors 19 March 2024 without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 6 February 2024.
The Annual Report is also published on www.nordicsemi.com.
