SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge (SOON): Contemplating issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds

SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge (Issuer rating A1 with positive outlook by Moody’s) has mandated DNB Markets and SpareBank 1 Markets for issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds with floating and/or fixed coupon with a volume NOK 150 million. The transaction is subject to market conditions.

The potential issuance is approved by the issuer’s Supervisory Board and the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
