Eqva ASA: Annual Report for 2023

On 21 March 2024 EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) has published its Annual Report for 2023, including the Sustainability Report and the Corporate Governance Report. Eqva is proud to announce its first ESG report for 2023.

“2023 was a remarkable year for EQVA. Strong performance in the Products, Solutions & Renewables segment resulted in substantial revenue growth and improved margins. With the divestment of the shipyard Havyard Leirvik, EQVA reinforced its focus on providing industrial services to companies that contribute to the green transition in maritime, power intensive and renewable industries”, says CEO Erik Høyvik.

For the full year 2023, EQVA reported revenues of NOK 670 million and EBTIDA of NOK 25.9 million.
