MPCC: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of MPC Container Ships

ASA will be held on April 17, 2024, at 10:00 CEST as a virtual meeting.

The notice is attached hereto including instructions of how to register advance

votes or delegate proxy. Detailed information is also available on the Company's

website at https://www.mpc-container.com/governance/general-meetings/

The deadline for registration of advance votes, proxy, and voting instructions

is April 16, 2024, at 12:00 CEST.

Proxies without voting instructions may trigger disclosure requirements under

Norwegian law. Under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-3 (2) the

possession of a proxy without voting instructions is considered equal to

ownership of shares or rights to shares. This means that a proxy is required to

disclose the proxies if the number of shares to which they relate (together with

any shares or rights to shares held by the proxy) reaches or exceeds the

disclosure thresholds under section 4-3 (1) of the Norwegian Securities Trading

Act.

Participation

The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical

attendance for shareholders and no pre-registration is required. Shareholders

must be logged in before the meeting starts to be allowed to vote unless votes

have been submitted in advance. Registration opens at 09:00 CEST.
