HydrogenPro ASA – notice of extraordinary general meeting
2 April 2024 - HydrogenPro ASA (OSE: HYPRO): Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by HydrogenPro ASA ("HydrogenPro" or the "Company") on 27 March 2024 regarding a shareholder request to call for an extraordinary general meeting.
The Company's board of directors hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 22 April 2024 at 17:30 CEST in order to resolve on Mr. Richard Espeseth's proposal for new members of the Company's board of directors.
The Company's annual general meeting is held prior to the extraordinary general meeting, i.e. on 22 April 2024 at 16:30 CEST, cfr. stock exchange announcement made by the Company earlier today. The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a digital meeting via https://dnb.lumiagm.com/104332620 and the meeting ID is 104-332-620.
