The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 8 April 2024 approved the

prospectus prepared in connection with the application for listing on Oslo Børs

for ISIN NO0013167189 FRN Gjensidige Forsikring ASA Subordinated Tier 2 Callable

Bond Issue 2024/2054 and for ISIN NO0013177220 FRN Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

2024/Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Non-Cumulative Callable Bond Issue.

The approved supplement number 1 to the registration document and securities

notes with summaries for ISIN NO0013167189 and for ISIN NO0013177220 are
