11 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) earlier today. EQVA ASA's Board of Directors has, in accordance with the authorization given by the extraordinary general meeting on 28 December 2023, decided to pay a dividend to EQVA's shareholders of NOK 0.20 per share.
