OSLO, NORWAY – 11 April 2024.
Karlstedt Consulting OY, a close associate of CEO and primary insider Bertel Karlstedt, has purchased 200 000 shares in Circa Group AS (the “Company”) at an average price of NOK 1.29 per share.
Following this transaction, Karlstedt Consulting OY owns 200 00 shares, while Bertel Karlstedt directly owns 100 000 shares, in the Company.
