Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") refers to the announcement earlier today

regarding the resignation of the former Chair of the Board of the Company and

one additional board member. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed

current board member Viggo Tjelta as the new Chair of the Board. Viggo Tjelta

and the other two other remaining board members will for the time being continue

as the Company's Board of Directors.
