Beerenberg to rehabilitate Norwegian coast guard quay in Sortland.

Bergen, April 11th, 2024: Beerenberg signs contract with The Norwegian Ministry of Defence to rehabilitate a quay at the Norwegian Navy's coast guard station in Sortland.

The new service contract, estimated to approximately NOK 25-30 million, includes concrete rehabilitation, measures to prevent further corrosion and spalling, repairment, and replacement of quay equipment.

Beerenberg´s rehabilitation work commencement is planned for April 2024 and will continue for two to three years. The quay is built in the early 1980s.
