Transfer of shares in long-term incentive program
Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has today sold a total of 21 207 own shares at a price of NOK 626,99 per share in connection with the long-term incentive program (LTI) for senior management and key employees. The price has been set in accordance with the guidelines in the long-term intensive program and based on the purchase price KONGSBERG achieved in the market. There is a three-year lock-in period for the shares.
This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders and related parties who have purchased shares through the program.
