BerGenBio - Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by BerGenBio ASA (“BerGenBio”) on 16 April 2024 regarding the final results of the last exercise period for the warrants issued in connection with the rights issue in BerGenBio in June 2023.

Meteva AS has exercised 175,298,805 warrants and has therefore today been allocated 175,298,805 new shares in BerGenBio. Following issuance of the new shares Meteva AS will hold 880,114,786 shares and votes in BerGenBio, representing approx. 23.19% of the shares and votes outstanding in BerGenBio.
