Oslo, 22 April 2024: In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company") to be held on 23 April 2024, Ernst André Meyer, in his capacity as Chair of the Board of the Company, has received proxy based voting rights without voting instructions for 4,066,620 shares, representing 6.73% of the total number of shares in the Company. The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2024.

Combined with the 5,000 shares in the Company held by Ernst André Meyer, this represents voting rights for a total of 4,071,620 shares, equal to 6.73% of the total number of shares in the Company.
