An ordinary general meeting will be held in Volue ASA (OSE: VOLUE)on 14 May 2024 at 17:00 pm CET. The notice to the ordinary general meeting and appendices are enclosed and available at www.volue.com/investors

The ordinary general meeting will be held as a video conference meeting. Shareholders who wish to attend by video conference are requested to send a notice of attendance to Volue ASA no later than 12 May 2024 17:00 pm CET by using the attendance form attached to the notice. Details for the video conference meeting will only be provided to shareholders who have given notice in advance.
