IWS: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA will be convened on 7 May 2024 at 13:00 CEST at the Company's offices at Støperigata 2, 0250 Oslo, Norway.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and attendance and proxy forms, and associated information, including the Company's Annual Report can be found on the Company's website at https://www.integratedwind.com/ and attached to this press release. The notice and associated information will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
Registration must be sent no later than Monday 6 May 2024 at 16:00 CEST with a completed registration form or power of attorney. Duly completed registrations shall be sent to: [email protected].
