Sandnes, Norway, 23 April 2024: The Board of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has

resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.192 per share, NOK 2,975,716,245 in

total, equal to USD 270 million relating to Q1 2024.

Last day including right: 26.04.2024

Ex-date: 29.04.2024

Record date: 30.04.2024

Payment date: 08.05.2024

Date of approval: 22.04.2024

The dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the

daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 22 April 2024 approximately at

1600hrs CET.
