Lea bank ASA - Exercise of stock options
Lea bank has received notice of exercise of options from Primary insiders of
options granted under the company's share options program from 2020. The Board
of Directors of Lea Bank ASA has on 24 April 2024 resolved to fulfil the bank's
commitment with a cash settlement. The cash settlement was based on the volume
weighted average 10 days prior to notice of exercise, minus strike of NOK 7 per
share, minus dividends during the program.
CFO Gard Haugen exercised all his 230 000 options
CCRO Christian Svendsen exercised all his 330 000 options
CCO/CRO Geir Jørgensen exercised all his 230 000 options
Following the exercised options, the bank has 600 000 options remaining from the
share options program from 2020.
