Lea bank ASA - Resolution to increase the share capital, related to share options program
The Board of Directors of Lea Bank ASA has on 24 April 2024 resolved to increase
the share capital in connection with exercise of options granted under the
company's share options program from 2020. Strike was NOK 7 per share, minus
dividends during the program.
The capital increase will be made as a private placement of 230 000 shares with
a nominal value of NOK 2.00 at a price of NOK 5,04 per share.
As a result, the share capital will be increased by NOK 460 000 to NOK 190 898
264. The number of shares after the issue will be 95 449 132.
