Lea bank ASA - Stena Adactum AB has purchased 1,5 million shares - private placement cancelled

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 22.12.2023 regarding Lea bank

ASA enters into strategic partnership with Stena AB and acquires its consumer

credit business. Initially the parties agreed that Stena Adactum AB would

subscribe for 1.5 million shares in Lea bank ASA through a private placement.

Stena Adactum AB has today notified Lea bank ASA that they have purchased 1,5

million shares in the market. The parties have therefore agreed to cancel the

private placement of shares.
