Webstep ASA: Anne Kristine Lund starts as CEO in May

Oslo, 26 April 2024: Webstep ASA is pleased to announce that Anne Kristine Lund

will officially start as CEO 2 May 2024 following her appointment in March 2024.

"Anne Kristine Lund taking the helm as early as the second of May is indeed good

news. We extend a warm welcome to her and eagerly anticipate the journey ahead",

as stated by the chair of the board, Kjell Magne Leirgulen.

"I am looking forward to join one of the most skilled teams in Norwegian IT

consulting. Being able to start earlier than initially planned, is a stroke of

luck. Considering the fact that Interim CEO Kjetil Bakke Eriksen is at hand for

three months, will further secure the transition between CEOs. I am prepared and
