Astrocast SA – Application to be delisted not approved

Oslo Børs has decided not to approve the application from Astrocast SA to be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo. In accordance with Rulebook II section 3.17.2 Oslo Børs has made the following resolution:

“Oslo Børs do not approve the application by Astrocast SA to be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo.”
