Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q1 2024

Sandnes, Norway, 29 April 2024: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.192 per share for the first quarter of 2024, as of

today, 29 April.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 23 February, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.192 per share,

2,975,716,245 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q1 2024. The

dividend will be paid on 8 May 2024 in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based

on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 22 April 2024 approximately

at 1600hrs CET.
