Correction: Vår Energi ASA: Shares allocated to primary insiders as part of the long-term incentive program

Sandnes, Norway, 29 April 2024: Reference is made to the release issued 25 April 2024 related to shares allocated to primary insiders as part of the long-term incentive (LTI) program for the executive committee.

The attached notification of trading is updated on individual allocation of shares to primary insider CEO Nick Walker to 177 524 shares from previously 251 213 shares in the release issued 25 April 2024.
