b)	Nature of the transaction	In 2021, members of Nordic Executive management were granted Performance Shares (PSUs) and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) in connections with long term incentive plan for Executive Management. The PSUs and RSUs had a 3 year vesting period. For the PSUs, the number of shares allocated at vesting depended on achievement of a set of performance criterias. The shares are delivered to the employee at the vesting date.
