Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2024
Today, 7 May 2024, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals on the agenda were adopted according to the Board's proposal. The Board's proposal for a dividend of total NOK 14.00 per share for 2023 was adopted.
