Award of Dividend Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 26 November 2024 it received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the Company's SIP that on 22 November 2024 it awarded an aggregate of 30 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.9818 per Share to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

These awards related to the "Dividend Share" element of the SIP and reflect the automatic reinvestment in further Shares of dividends received in respect of the relevant individuals' SIP shareholdings.

Purchase of Shares

The Company also announces that, on 22 November 2024, Graham Ritchie, a Director and PDMR, purchased 1,183 Shares in the market at a price of £3.99 per Share. This transaction was as a result of an automatic reinvestment of dividends.
