KMC Properties ASA - Christian Linge appointed acting CFO

Head of M&A Christian Linge, has from 15 May 2024, been appointed acting CFO of KMC Properties.

Linge is currently acting as Head of M&C of KMC Properties and has been with the company since April 2023. Prior to his work for KMC Properties, Linge spent three years with the real estate investment team in Fredensborg, and prior to that at the Investment Banking team at Pareto Securities. Linge has a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial Collage Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Norwegian Business School BI.

Linge replaces Kristoffer Holmen, who will be leaving the company by the end of July for the position as CFO of Merkantilbygg, as announced on 23 April 2024. Holmen is now formally stepping out of the role as CFO but will provide support to Linge in his work.
