Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer is stepping down as CEO of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA

Reference is made to today's stock exchange announcement from SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, where it is reported that CEO Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer has resigned as CEO of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA to become the CEO of Telenor ASA starting December 1st.

In October 2023, SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge announced plans for a merger with SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA. This is scheduled to be completed on October 1, 2024, provided that the companies receive the necessary regulatory approvals.
