Oslo, Norway – 28 May 2024 – Annual general meeting in Circa Group AS

Circa Group AS' (Euronext Growth Oslo: CIRCA) annual general meeting was held today, 28 May 2024. The agenda items at the annual general meeting were adopted in accordance with the proposals from the Board of Directors.
