Astrocast SA held an extraordinary general meeting on 28 May 2024 at 11.00 am CET.
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the extraordinary general meeting dated 1 May 2024, as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto.
Astrocast will file an application for delisting its shares with Euronext immediately.
