The Board of Directors in Nordic Technology Group AS (“NTG” or “the Company”) have approved the 2023 financial statements.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 June 2024 and a notice of the meeting, including the 2023 annual report and auditor´s report is attached and will also be published on the Company´s website www.ntechgroup.no
