Reference is made to the financial calendar published on 13 May 2024, where the

Company scheduled the publication of its consolidated financial statements for

2023 today, 31 May 2024.

The Company hereby announces that it is unable to publish its consolidated

financial statements as scheduled today, and that it has applied to the Oslo

Stock Exchange (Nw: "Oslo Børs") for an extension of up to 14 days, until 14

June 2024, to disclose the financial statements for 2023. The delay is due to

late receipt of necessary information from the Company's subsidiary, Etno Mining

Plc., which is necessary for completing the consolidated financial statements

for the year ended 2023.

The Company will use all reasonable efforts to publish the financial statements

as soon as possible, and no later than 14 June 2024.

This announcement is published in accordance with the requirements set out in

the Continuing Obligations.
