Eqva ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

The shareholders of Eqva ASA are hereby given notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 June 2024 at 10:00 CEST. The meeting will be held as a fully digital meeting through the general meeting portal administered by Euronext Securities Oslo (the "ESO Portal").

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting, including further information on advance voting, power of attorney and digital participation.
