Webstep ASA: CFO transition in Webstep

Oslo, 10 June 2024: Ida Amalie Oma has decided to step down as Chief Financial

Officer (CFO) of Webstep to pursue opportunities outside of the company.

"I would like to thank Ida Amalie for her effort and positive contribution to

Webstep in her role as CFO and previously as Group Business Controller. I wish

her all the best of luck in her future endeavors," said Anne Kristine Lund, CEO

of Webstep.

Webstep has initiated a search for Oma's successor in the CFO position, and Oma

will remain in her current role until 31.08.2024.
