Argeo AS: Key information relating to reverse share split and change of ISIN
Asker, 11 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Argeo AS ("Argeo" or the "Company") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) published on 6 June 2024 regarding the annual general meeting having resolved upon a reverse share split of the Company's shares (the "Reverse Share Split") in relation to a potential uplisting to Oslo Børs.
Please note the following key information in relation to the Reverse Share Split:
- Date on which the corporate action was made public: 23 May 2024
- Date of approval: 6 June 2024
- Reverse split ratio: five (5) old shares give one (1) new share
- Last day including right: 18 June 2024
- Ex-date: 19 June 2024
- Record date: 20 June 2024
In connection with the Reverse Share Split, Argeo's shares will be transferred to a new ISIN.
