Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 14 May 2024 by

Nordic Unmanned ASA ("Nordic Unmanned" or the "Company") (ticker: NUMND)

regarding, among other things, a private placement directed towards Tjelta

Eiendom AS of 470,000,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of

NOK 0.05 per share (the "Private Placement").

Tjelta Eiendom AS has today subscribed for the shares covered by the Private

Placement based on the resolution passed by the Company's extraordinary general

meeting held on 11 June 2024, subject to the conditions set out in the

resolution. Please see the attached form for an information regarding the

conditional subscription of shares in the Private Placement made by a close

associate of a primary insider.
