The annual general meeting of Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (Euronext

Growth: NUMND) will be held on 28 June 2024 at 10:00 hours (CEST) at the

Company's offices at Havnespeilet, 3rd floor, Rådhusgata 3, 4306 Sandnes,

Norway.
