Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") published on 13 June 2024 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of 34,615,384 new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 225 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 168,789,643 divided into 168,789,643 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
