Paratus Energy Services Ltd. – New Share Capital
Hamilton, Bermuda, 26 June 2024 - Reference is made to the announcement on 24 June 2024, where Paratus Energy Services Ltd. ("Paratus" or the "Company", ticker code "PLSV") announced the successful placement of 15,309,059 new shares (the "New Shares") (the "Offering").
The New Shares have now been issued in the VPS and the Company's new registered share capital is USD 3,386.50098, divided by 169,325,049 Shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.00002.
The New Shares will be settled by the Managers on a delivery-versus-payment basis on or about 28 June 2024.
