Nordic Unmanned ASA agrees terms with Innovasjon Norge for the financial restructuring

Nordic Unmanned announces it has agreed terms with Innovasjon Norge as part of the financial restructuring communicated to the market on the 14th May 2024.

• The key terms agreed with Innovasjon Norge are as follows:
• Debt forgiveness of NOK 10 million,
• Postponement of all debt instalments until 27th October 2028,
• The initial interest payment for the Term Loan Facility is deferred until June 30th 2025, with subsequent interest payments occurring quarterly thereafter.
