Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the

"Company") (ticker: NUMND) on 24 June 2024 announcing the commencement of the

subscription period in a subsequent offering of 470,000,000 new shares in the

Company (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 0.05 per share (the

"Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering will expire today, on 5 July

2024 at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by the Manager (as

defined below) before the end of the subscription period. Subscription rights

that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering

before the expiry of the subscription period will expire and have no value.
