Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the

"Company") (ticker: NUMND) on 5 July 2024 announcing the results of the

subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 470,000,000 new shares in the

Company (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 0.05 per share.

Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering to primary insiders and their close
