Reference is made to the Written Resolution resolved on 20 June 2024 pursuant to the notice of a Written Resolution dated 14 June 2024 (the "Notice").

The Effective Date (as defined in the Notice) has occurred, and accordingly the Fee (as defined in the Notice) will be paid pro rata to the Bondholders as follows:
