Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q2 2024

Sandnes, Norway, 29 July 2024: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.184 per share for the second quarter of 2024, as of

today, 29 July.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 23 July, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.184 per share,

2,955,744,995 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q2 2024. The

dividend will be paid on 6 August 2024 in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is

based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 22 July 2024

approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
