CondAlign AS - Completion of Private Placement

Reference is made to the announcement CondAlign AS (the "Company") on 25 July 2024 regarding the extraordinary general meeting of the Company's approval of the share capital increase pertaining to the private placement of a total of 2,252,878 new preference shares (the "Offer Shares").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares has been registered today. Following this the share capital of the Company is NOK 1,650,783.50, divided into 14,254,957 ordinary shares and 2,252,878 preference shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
