Notice of Record Date - Special General Meeting

Hamilton, Bermuda, August 16, 2024 – Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (the “Company”) advises that a Special General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 5, 2024 (“Meeting”), to approve a reduction of the Company’s share premium account. The purpose of the reduction is primarily to increase the ability of the Company to make distributions to its Shareholders. The record date for voting at the Meeting is set to August 16, 2024. A copy of the Notice and associated information will be distributed and made available prior to the Meeting.
