Asker, 16 August 2024: Kistefos AS, ("Kistefos") har i dag den 16.08.2024 forlenget terminavtaler i Argeo AS ("Argeo"). Kistefos er definert som nærstående foretak til primærinnsider Lars Petter Utseth (styremedlem i Argeo AS). Skjema for transaksjon er lagt ved denne meldingen.
