Kid ASA – Second Quarter 2024 Results

Lier, 22 August 2024: Kid Group, a leading home textile retailer in the Nordics, announces its financial results for the second quarter of 2024.

HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE QUARTER INCLUDES:

• ◾ Revenues for the Group amounted to MNOK 797.8, an increase of 10.2%, with strong contribution from both Kid Interior and Hemtex segments
• ◾ Solid gross margin of 63.2%, up 1.0 percentage point
• ◾ EBITDA increased by MNOK 34.9 to MNOK 201.5
• ◾ EPS of NOK 1.19 up from NOK 0.90
• ◾ Pilot for online testing of the European markets under the Hemtex brand to be launched in H2-25

"We are satisfied to present the fourth consecutive quarter with double digit growth. The growth is attributed to our category and omnichannel development program, new stores, as well as store project initiatives", says Anders Fjeld, CEO of Kid ASA.
